Terms & Conditions
1. Quizzes remain the property of PubQuizOnline.Com in its entirety and is hired by each client. Each client will be responsible for ensuring it is not duplicated, copied or redistributed in ANY format during the time of hire without prior consent from PubQuizOnline.Com
2. Each Quiz may be used only ONCE at the clients venue. Additional use by the clients will incur penalties at the discretion of PubQuizOnline.Com Directors and/or Management. In the event of the Client owning more than one venue the client agrees by accepting these terms and conditions to use the quiz at the specified venue ONLY.
3. Quizzes must be run on the specified date and run in consecutive weeks.
4. Every effort will be made by the Management of PubQuizOnline.Com to ensure the authenticity of the questions used in the quiz. PubQuizOnline.Com will not be held responsible for any omissions, errors or incorrect questions or answers. PubQuizOnline.Com will not enter into any correspondence regarding validity of questions.
5. All clients will be responsible for the set up of all technical equipment used to display the Quiz. PubQuizOnline.Com shall not be held responsible for any technical errors, outages, computer malfunctions or any other disruption that would result in the Quiz not being displayed. PubQuizOnline.Com shall not be held responsible for any injuries (physical, mental or other) incurred by any client, client’s employees, contractors or any other persons incurred while setting up or running the Quiz.
6. Contracts must be paid for in advance and quiz packages will be issued to the client on full payment of specified contract.
7. Clients that sign up for a contract will receive the specified number of Quiz Packages and will be held liable for the full cost of the contract irrespective of whether or not the client uses all quizzes.
8. In the event of quiz packages not being available for reasons beyond our control whether it be technical or otherwise, quizzes will be credited to the specific client/s. NO REFUNDS will be given unless approved by the Directors of PubQuizOnline.Com
9. PubQuizOnline.Com will not be held responsible for any server outages and other form of disruption that prevents the quiz from being downloaded. In the event this has happened the quiz shall be read out loud from the printed word file (or other text format) and shall be run as a seven round quiz. PubQuizOnline.Com will endeavour to credit any quizzes to clients that inform us of this occurrence.
